Webinar to tackle wellbeing during the hardest of years

In the face of growing concerns about veterinary wellbeing globally, the World Small Animal Veterinary Association’s (WSAVA’s) Professional Wellness Group is to host a free webinar.

During the ‘Veterinary wellness – Strategies for success’ event, speakers will set out the strategies they have used, both to boost their own wellbeing and that of the teams around them.

They, including Canadian veterinarian Dr Sarah Boston and Dr Liz Barton, founder of Wellvet.co.uk in the UK, who will share their top tips and advice as well as participating in a live Q&A.

The webinar will be hosted by clinical psychologist Dr Nienke Endenburg, Chair of the WSAVA Professional Wellness Group.

Dr Endenburg, who teaches students at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands how to manage their own wellness during vet school and beyond, said: “Our speakers have some inspiring personal stories and great advice to share.
