New app from Vets4Pets
Clients at Vets4Pets can now manage their pet’s health on their mobile devices following the launch of a new app.
Elements such as appointments, vaccination history and dosing reminders can all be co-ordinated via the app which has been rolled-out across all the chain’s outlets.
A Vets4Pets spokesperson explained recently that the app provided an appointment booking process that allowed clients to choose an appointment type, date and time. It then automatically books out an appointment slot within the practice management system with a vet or nurse, depending on the appointment booked.
‘Clients can also cancel appointments through the app and find emergency contact details, should an emergency happen when their practice is closed,’ added the spokesperson. ‘Each client can also update their personal details, such as new phone number or address and personalise their app with an image and bio of their pet.’
All clients using the app will also receive pet advice and offers tailored to their pets’ needs.
