Virtual symposium highlights new feline pheromone

A one-hour virtual symposium is now available which discusses the new feline pheromone, Feliway Optimum from Ceva Animal Health, which will launch this month.

The event – ‘the new discovery in feline communication’ symposium was part of the programme at the International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM) Congress in August.

The symposium was presented by Professor Patrick Pageat who has researched and developed both Feliway and Adaptil, and Dr Andy Sparkes, a veterinary consultant at ISFM.

The professor presented the science behind the new pheromone discovery and explained how it was developed, how it works and why it is a step up from the existing pheromone products.  Dr Sparkles discussed ‘Feliway Optimum: clinical evidence’ and featured the clinical data behind the new product.

To register for ‘the new discovery in feline communication’ symposium on demand, which equates to one hour’s CPD, please send an email to cevauk@ceva.com.
